116.065 Verification of applications. Each application for registration, change of affiliation, transfer of registration or absentee
ballot, as absentee ballots are provided for by KRS 117.075, shall be verified by a written
declaration by the applicant that it is made under the penalties of perjury. Effective: July 14, 1992
