132.635 Application of KRS 132.590 and 132.630 to urban-county governments and consolidated local governments. The provisions of KRS 132.590 and 132.630 shall apply to urban-county governments
and consolidated local governments. In an urban-county government and in a
consolidated local government, all the rights and obligations conferred on fiscal courts by
the provisions of KRS 132.590 and 132.630, shall be exercised by the urban-county
government or consolidated local government, as the case may be. Effective: July 15, 2002
