146.310 State agencies to notify secretary for energy and environment of activities affecting stream areas. All state agencies shall, promptly upon June 16, 1972, inform the secretary for energy and
environment of any proceedings, studies, or other activities within their jurisdictions, and
regardless of by whom requested, which are now in progress and which affect or may
affect any of the streams specified in KRS 146.241. They shall likewise inform him of
any such proceedings, studies or other activities which are hereafter commenced or
resumed before they are commenced or resumed. Effective: July 15, 2010
