146.435 Advisors to commission. Representatives of such agencies, institutions, organizations or individuals as the
commission may determine may serve as advisors to the commission with the privilege of
discussion and debate. Such advisors may receive such compensation as is deemed
appropriate by the commission. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent the
members of the commission from meeting without the participation of advisors. History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 118, sec. 6.
