146.525 Attorney General to bring legal action. Upon the commission's request, it shall be the duty of the Office of General Counsel of
the Department of the Attorney General, to bring any appropriate legal action in the name
of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, including but not limited to, actions for restraining
orders, or for temporary or permanent injunctions for the prevention or correction of
conditions which constitute a violation of KRS 146.410 to 146.530 or the provisions of
the articles of dedication. History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 118, sec. 25.
