147.585 Lieutenant Governor to be member of board. One (1) of the two (2) members of the Southern Growth Policies Board appointed by the
Governor pursuant to paragraph 2(c) of Article II of the compact set forth in KRS
147.580 shall be the Lieutenant Governor. Effective: July 15, 1980
