148.242 Lieutenant Governor to be member of board. One (1) of the three (3) members of the Falls of the Ohio Interstate Park Commission
appointed by the Governor pursuant to Article II of the compact set forth in KRS 148.241
shall be the Lieutenant Governor. Effective: July 15, 1980
