Page 1 of 1 150.091 Enforcement of KRS 148.795 and 148.796 by conservation officers. (1) In addition to the powers accorded under KRS 150.090, any conservation officer appointed under this chapter may enforce the provisions of KRS 148.795 and
148.796. (2) Any program of enforcement for KRS 148.795 and 148.796 shall be through a memorandum of agreement between the department and the Tourism, Arts and
Heritage Cabinet. The department may, after entering into a memorandum of
agreement with the Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet, promulgate administrative
regulations in accordance with KRS Chapter 13A to carry out the enforcement of
KRS 148.795 and 148.796. Effective: June 25, 2009
