150.605 Contract for commissioning painting to be used as state waterfowl stamp -- Use of revenue from sale of painting. The Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission by regulation shall enter into a contract
with a nonprofit organization to commission an artist for a waterfowl painting to be used
as the state waterfowl stamp. The revenue from the sale of the painting shall be given to
the nonprofit organization for the development of waterfowl propagation projects which
specifically provide waterfowl for the Mississippi flyway, after obtaining evidence that
the projects are acceptable to the appropriate governmental agencies having jurisdiction
over the project areas. Effective: July 1, 1985
