Page 1 of 1 151B.087 Appeal of board's final order relating to layoff of continuing status employee. (1) A final order of the board either upholding or invalidating the layoff of a continuing status employee may be appealed either by the employee or by the appointing
authority. (2) The party aggrieved may appeal that order by filing a petition with the clerk of the Franklin Circuit Court in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. Effective: July 15, 1996
