151B.155 State Treasurer custodian of funds. The State Treasurer is custodian of all money received by the state from the federal
government under the federal acts accepted by KRS 151B.145, and the State Treasurer
shall collect the money and pay it out upon the order of the secretary of the Education and
Workforce Development Cabinet. Effective: June 25, 2009
