151B.205 State Treasurer designated as custodian of funds. The State Treasurer is hereby designated as the custodian of all funds. The State
Treasurer shall make disbursements for vocational rehabilitation purposes upon
certification by the executive director of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. Effective: July 12, 2006
