152.200 Definitions for KRS 152.200 to 152.250. As used in KRS 152.200 to 152.250, unless the context requires otherwise:
(1) "Compact" means the Southern Interstate Nuclear Compact;
(2) "Board" means the Southern Interstate Nuclear Board. History: Created 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 113, sec. 1, effective June 16, 1960. 152.200 Definitions for KRS 152.200 to 152.250 (NOT YET EFFECTIVE; SEE NOTE FOLLOWING TEXT). As used in KRS 152.200 to 152.250, unless the context requires otherwise:
(1) "Compact" means the Southern States Energy Compact;
(2) "Board" means the Southern States Energy Board. History: Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 76, sec. 1. -- Created 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 113, sec. 1, effective June 16, 1990. NOTE: This version of KRS 152.200 "shall become effective at such time as all party states to the Southern Interstate Nuclear Compact approve changes in the compact
