153.360 Commission members' expenses -- Compensation -- Disbursement of funds. The commission may disburse any and all funds appropriated by the General Assembly,
any funds received from any state agency and may apply for, receive and disburse funds
from the federal government or any public agency or private organization for purposes of
carrying out the provisions of KRS 153.310 to 153.370. Neither commission members
nor the chairman shall be entitled to compensation for their services on or for the
commission, but shall be entitled to reimbursement for all necessary expenses incurred in
connection with the performance of their duties. The commission shall be attached to the
Office of the Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky for administrative purposes. History: Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 128, sec. 6.
