Page 1 of 1 154.12-208 Annual report. The corporation shall annually submit a complete and detailed report of its activities
within one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of each fiscal year to the Legislative
Research Commission and to the Governor. The annual report shall include, but not be
limited to, descriptions of all programs funded, an evaluation of the performance of each
program, a summary of expenditures, and a detailed description of the participants. Effective: July 15, 1996
