154.24-070 Acceptance of moneys -- Expenditures. The authority may accept moneys which may be appropriated by the General Assembly,
or moneys which may be received from any other source, including, but not limited to,
income from the authority's operations; and expend funds consistent with its purposes,
including, but not limited to, the payment of its expenses of administration and operation,
and the establishment and maintenance of a reserve or contingency fund. Effective: July 14, 1992
