154.33-520 Corporation membership. (1) Effective August 1, 1990, any member county and city as specified in subsection (2) of this section shall be provided membership on the board of directors of the
corporation pursuant to KRS 154.33-525. (2) Any county within the region and any city of the largest class within any county within the region shall become a member of the corporation when the local
governing body of the county or of the city approves by resolution the county's or
