(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the Eastern Kentucky Exposition Center Corporation; (2) "Center" means the Eastern Kentucky Exposition Center; and
(3) "Corporation" means the Eastern Kentucky Exposition Center Corporation. Effective: June 21, 2001
