Page 1 of 1 154.47-020 Meetings of board -- Compensation -- Officers. (1) The board shall meet quarterly and at other times upon call of the chairman or a majority of the board. (2) A quorum shall be a majority of the membership of the board. Approval of workforce training plans for the secondary wood products industry and approval of
contracts or expenditure of funds under the authority of the corporation shall require
an affirmative vote by a majority of the entire membership of the board. (3) Private sector members shall serve without compensation but shall be reimbursed for all reasonable, necessary, and actual expenses. (4) The board shall elect a chairperson from among the private sector membership of the board. The board shall elect from its membership a vice chairperson, secretary,
and treasurer, and as many other officers as it deems necessary and appropriate. Effective: July 15, 1994
