Page 1 of 1 154.47-105 Legislative findings. The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky finds that the primary and
secondary wood products industries make an important contribution to Kentucky's
economy, and that Kentucky should continue to develop these industries in a manner
consistent with sustaining the productivity of Kentucky's forest resources and protection
of its watersheds. Effective: July 15, 1994
