157.260 Annual reports of disabled children by school districts. Each school district shall ascertain annually all children within the district who are
disabled and shall report to the Department of Education on forms provided by the
Department of Education and according to administrative regulations promulgated by the
Kentucky Board of Education. Effective: July 15, 1996
