160.220 Secret votes -- Nominating petitions. All elections for members of boards of education shall be by secret vote. The county clerk
shall cause to be prepared for presentation to the voters the names of legally eligible
candidates who have filed a petition as provided in KRS 118.315. Effective: July 13, 1990
