160.633 Deposit of excise tax proceeds. The proceeds of the tax authorized by KRS 160.621 shall, except when collected pursuant
to KRS 160.627(2), be deposited in a special fund until they have been distributed as
provided in KRS 160.644. Effective: July 13, 1990
