162.075 Compliance with code not necessary on purchases from federal government. The provisions of KRS Chapter 45A and KRS 162.070 shall not apply to purchases made
by the boards of education within the Commonwealth of Kentucky from the United States
of America, or any agency thereof. Effective: July 13, 1990
