163.095 Application of bequests or donations. All bequests or donations made for a specified use with regard to the state vocational
education program, vocational education facilities, vocational education personnel, or
present or prospective vocational education pupils shall be applied to that use and no
other so long as it is consistent with appropriate Kentucky Revised Statutes and the state
plan for vocational education. Effective: July 13, 1990
