164.150 Trustees not public officers -- Exception. No member of a governing board of a public institution of postsecondary education shall
be held to be a public officer by reason of his membership on the board except as
provided in KRS 45A.335 for the purpose of KRS 45A.340. Effective: May 30, 1997
