Page 1 of 1 164.6913 Suspension, revocation, or nonrenewal of certificate -- Temporary certificate. (1) The office may suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a registration for conduct that would have justified denial of registration under KRS 164.6911(2). (2) The office may deny, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a certificate of registration or licensure only after proper notice and an opportunity for a hearing in accordance
with KRS Chapter 13B. (3) The office may issue a temporary certificate of registration while an application for registration or renewal of registration is pending. Effective: July 15, 2010
