Page 1 of 1 164.6933 Effect of federal act. The provisions of KRS 164.6901 to 164.6935 governing the legal effect, validity, or
enforceability of electronic records or signatures, and of contracts formed or performed
with the use of such records or signatures, conform to the requirements of Section 102 of
the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, Pub. L. No. 106-229, 15
U.S.C. sec. 7001 et seq., and supersede, modify, and limit the Electronic Signatures in
Global and National Commerce Act. Effective: June 24, 2003
