171.550 Processing and servicing records. The department is authorized to establish an interim records center or centers for the
storage, processing, and servicing of records of state and local agencies pending their
deposit in the State Archives and Records Center or their disposition in any other manner
authorized by law, and to establish, maintain and operate centralized microfilming,
photostating, indexing, decontamination and lamination and any other records repair and
rehabilitation services for state and local agencies. History: Amended 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 92, sec. 42. -- Created 1958 Ky. Acts ch. 49, sec. 15, effective June 19, 1958.
