173.650 Certification of election results. The results of the election in each county shall be certified by the county election
commissioners to the county judge/executive in each county. When more than one (1)
county is involved the county judges/executive shall certify the results in their respective
counties to the county judge/executive of the county having the largest voting population. Effective: January 2, 1978
