174.070 Funds, credits, assets, etc., transferred to cabinet. All funds, credits, assets, appropriations, outstanding obligations, personnel, equipment,
any and all resources or other tangible personal property and any business or other matter
undertaken or now vested in the Department of Highways, Department of Motor
Transportation, Department of Aeronautics, Department of Public Safety, Department of
Revenue, relating to functions transferred under 1974 Acts ch. 74, are hereby transferred
