176.440 State highway engineer to provide cost estimate for any project that legislator desires in six year road plan. The state highway engineer shall provide a cost estimate for any project that a member of
the General Assembly desires to be considered for advancement or inclusion in the six (6)
year road plan. Effective: June 25, 2009
