182.210 Person acquiring leave for mill or factory not to disturb existing rights. No person shall, by reason of leave to build a mill or factory, draw the water from the
millpond of another existing at the time of the condemnation, or do anything injurious to
a vested interest in any waterworks then existing on the watercourse. Effective: October 1, 1942
