186.401 Definitions of "operator's license" and "commercial driver's license." As used in KRS 186.400 to 186.640, a driver's license shall mean an operator's license
issued pursuant to KRS 186.412 and a commercial driver's license shall mean a license
issued pursuant to KRS Chapter 281A. Effective: January 13, 1990
