Page 1 of 1 186.5315 Posting of notice about 1994 increases in fees of circuit clerks. Immediately upon July 15, 1994, every circuit clerk shall post a permanent notice that the
four dollar ($4) increase in the fee for an instruction permit, four dollar ($4) increase in
the fee for a duplicate license, and the ten dollar ($10) increase in the fee for a license
reinstatement were requested by the Kentucky Circuit Clerks Association. The notice
shall be printed in bold face type of sufficient point size to be read from a distance of at
least three (3) feet. The notice shall be posted in a conspicuous place to ensure that every
person who enters the circuit clerk's office will readily see the notice. Effective: July 15, 1994
