187.430 What constitutes satisfaction of judgment. Judgments in excess of the amounts specified in KRS 187.290(11) shall, for the purpose
of KRS 187.290 to 187.620, be deemed satisfied when payments in the amount so
specified have been credited thereon; provided, however, payments made in settlement of
any claims because of bodily injury, death or property damage arising from a motor
vehicle accident shall be credited in reduction of the respective amounts so specified. Effective: January 1, 1947
