189.400 Turning around on curve or grade. No vehicle shall be turned around upon any curve, or upon the approach to, or near the
crest of a grade, unless it can be seen for a distance of five hundred (500) feet by the
driver of any other vehicle approaching from either direction. Effective: October 1, 1942
