Page 1 of 1 194A.140 Special subcommittees of the Public Health Services Advisory Council or of the Institute for Aging. When the Public Health Services Advisory Council or the Institute for Aging is assigned
responsibility for qualifying the Commonwealth for federal programs with representation
and membership formulas that conflict with a particular council's membership, the
secretary shall have the authority to create special subcommittees to these citizens'
councils that meet federal requirements. Effective: July 14, 2000
