Assistance, and the Institute for Aging. The Public Health Services Advisory Council, the Council for Families and Children, the
Advisory Council for Medical Assistance, and the Institute for Aging shall be empowered
to accept gifts and grants, but all of these moneys shall be administered by the cabinet,
which shall administer these funds through appropriate trust and agency accounts. Effective: June 20, 2005
