Page 1 of 1 194A.360 Update of database. The Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall update its database within thirty (30)
days of receipt of information. The update shall include information from the:
(1) Offender records;
(2) Institutional records; and
(3) Administrative records. Effective: June 20, 2005
