Page 1 of 1 194A.570 Kentucky Commission on Community Volunteerism and Service. (1) As used in KRS 194A.570 to 194A.578, "commission" means the Kentucky Commission on Community Volunteerism and Service. (2) The Kentucky Commission on Community Volunteerism and Service is created and shall be attached to the Cabinet for Health and Family Services for oversight,
technical, and administrative support purposes. A director and other appropriate
staff shall be hired by the commission when federal funds become available. Effective: June 20, 2005
