196.140 Condemnation by department. When it is necessary for the department to own real estate for its use and it is unable to
acquire the property by purchase, the department may condemn the real estate for its use
and purposes in the manner set forth in the Eminent Domain Act of Kentucky. Effective: July 14, 1992
