196.150 Department may use money received from federal government. The Department of Corrections may accept money from the federal government, or any of
its agencies, under any grant agreement entered into by the State of Kentucky or the
Department of Corrections. The money may be expended for capital outlay in accordance
with the provisions of KRS 56.440 to 56.550. Effective: July 14, 1992
