197.515 Performance evaluations. The department shall annually conduct a performance evaluation of any adult correctional
facility for which a private provider has contracted to operate. The department shall make
a written report of its findings and submit this report along with any recommendations to
the private provider and the Legislative Research Commission. Effective: July 14, 1992
