Page 1 of 1 200.480 Report of Commission for Children with Special Health Care Needs. The Commission for Children with Special Health Care Needs shall make a biennial
report to the Governor showing the amount of money received and expended and a
detailed statement of its activities for such period. A copy of such report shall be
furnished each member of the General Assembly at its first session following the filing of
such report with the Governor. Effective: July 15, 1994
