200.507 Date of formation of council. The secretary for health and family services, the designee of the State Department of
Education, and the executive director of the Administrative Offices of the Courts shall
ensure that the State Interagency Council for Services to Children with an Emotional
Disability is formed by August 1, 1990. No member of the State Interagency Council
shall receive compensation other than that received as a state employee. Effective: June 20, 2005
