202B.190 Disclosure of professional communications. In proceedings under this chapter, there shall be no privilege as to any relevant
communications between qualified mental retardation professionals and patients.
Qualified mental retardation professionals may disclose communications relating to
diagnosis and treatment of the patient's mental condition. Effective: July 13, 1990
