202B.290 Respite care.

202B.290 Respite care. Upon recommendation or approval of the interdisciplinary team of an ICF/MR, a
physician may admit for respite care a mentally retarded person. Respite care provided to
any mentally retarded person under this section shall not exceed a total of thirty (30) days
in any calendar year. Effective: July 13, 1990
