205.465 Report by cabinet. The cabinet shall submit an annual report on programs and services provided under KRS
205.460 to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before January 15 of the year.
Such report shall include:
(1) Information and data necessary to provide an analysis of the costs and benefits of core services; (2) An assessment of the ability of core services to reduce the rate of inappropriate entry and placement of functionally-impaired elderly persons in institutions; and (3) An assessment of the ability of core services to reduce the use of institutional services and facilities. Effective: July 15, 1982
