Page 1 of 1 205.525 Application by cabinet for waiver, waiver amendment, or request for plan amendment -- Cabinet to provide interim joint committees with copy and
updates. (1) Concurrent with submitting an application for a waiver or waiver amendment or a request for a plan amendment to any federal agency that approves waivers, waiver
amendments, and plan amendments, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services
shall provide to the Interim Joint Committee on Health and Welfare and to the
Interim Joint Committee on Appropriations and Revenue a copy, summary, and
statement of benefits of the application for a waiver or waiver amendment or
request for a plan amendment. (2) The cabinet at least quarterly shall provide an update to the Interim Joint Committee on Health and Welfare and to the Interim Joint Committee on Appropriations and
Revenue on the status of the application for a waiver or waiver amendment or
request for a plan amendment. Effective: June 20, 2005
